Introduction
I am an experienced education leader and former CEO of a large Multi Academy Trust, with a track record of improving outcomes, strengthening leadership capacity, and building high-performing school communities. My work spans school transformation, strategic planning, inspection readiness, safeguarding, and organisational development.
Today, through Hegarty Education, I provide strategic guidance and leadership consultancy to schools, trusts, and diocesan bodies across the UK.
